In Other Words was part of the team that developed AfrAsia Bank’s new website. Over the course of a year, we developed fresh content for the bank, one of Mauritius’ leading financial institutions. The end result was a sleek, user-friendly new digital platform.
Working in partnership with digital agency FRCI and UX designer Anne-Clotilde St. Mart, we:
- Identified different types of users, ran workshops to understand their needs and create user stories, and tested different messages and page structures to optimise each user’s journey;
- Spoke to staff across the bank to gather information and create unique pages for each product while developing clear calls to action;
- Benchmarked AfrAsia’s competitors and carrying out keyword research to optimise the content for search engine rankings;
- Translated each of the pages from English into French.
