ORCOM

A wonderful collaboration with Parisian firm Pixelis opened the door to us working with the auditing and advisory firm Orcom.

Orcom called on Pixelis’s branding expertise to reimagine their brand book, incorporating interactive elements to create a platform showcasing their work and helping to exchange ideas. The result: an elegant and professional layout that beautifully reflects Orcom’s values and essence.

We contributed by writing a series of texts for the book, including interviews with executives who trusted Orcom to support their company’s growth, articles analysing the impact of major societal trends on the communication industry, and branding texts describing the company’s vision and values.

This project took us beyond the lifestyle industries we are accustomed to, broadening our horizons. Thank you to the Pixelis team for your trust!

Azuri Destination Guide

Sometimes, thinking outside the box is the only way to go.

It’s with this mindset that we collaborated with BlueLife to create a brochure with a unique format for Azuri. The brochure captures the essence of the destination by presenting life in the Azuri village as a tourist “destination guide.” Within its pages, you’ll find unique encounters, slices of life, ideas for walks and activities, and some hidden gems.

To bring this project to life, Azuri gave us complete creative freedom. From the editorial strategy to topic selection, their trust and insights were instrumental in allowing us to bring a truly creative angle to this project.

Luxury Estates Mauritius

Luxury Estates Mauritius is a real estate brand that brings together some of Mauritius’ most prestigious estates: Azuri Ocean & Golf Village, Anahita Mauritius, Mont Choisy Golf & Beach Estate…

Building on their reputation and a set of common values, these estates have accordingly joined forces to produce a property investment guide.

In Other Words was tasked with writing the white paper. It consists of three chapters: economic data about Mauritius, the island’s advantages as an investment destination, and information about the purchasing process.

Real estate, a crucial Mauritian industry

At first, we conducted a series of interviews with experts in the field. These included notaries, private banking departments and the Economic Development Board.

Real estate is indeed a crucial part of the Mauritian economy. By allowing foreign buyers to invest in the country, the government aims to attract much-needed FDI. In Other Words’ in-depth knowledge of the sector and its fiscal and regulatory framework was therefore a real asset on this project.

End to end project management

Having written the contents of this almost 100-page-long guide, we supervised its layout in partnership with the Mediatiz team.

Detailed project management is essential to this type of editorial job; it’s important to highlight the right information. In this case, we used infographics, images and written excerpts to achieve that goal. We also reworked the original content as we went along in order to do the information justice.

Le Suffren Hotel & Marina

In 2019, Mauritian hospitality group Indigo Hotels undertook an extensive renovation of Le Suffren Hotel & Marina, one of its flagship hotels in Port Louis. During the refurbishment, the establishment closed completely for a three-month period.

In partnership with Lemon agency and In Other Words, Le Suffren carried out a communications campaign to raise awareness of its renovation and reopening.

The objectives were to:

  • Publicise the hotel’s complete transformation
  • Give the establishment’s communications a bit of personality
  • Reaffirm the hotel’s importance to the island’s cultural and natural heritage

Among other things, our team:

  • Created posts for social media
  • Scripted promotional videos to be shared online
  • Wrote a wide variety of communication materials (a press kit, the contents of an edition of Flare magazine that was dedicated to the renovation, a brochure, factsheet, newsletter…)
  • Translated print ads.

And finally, one of our team was also the face of the campaign! She appeared in its videos, carried out interviews, featured in photos for the hotel’s communication supports and print ads…

Wheel & Barrow

When events startup Wheel & Barrow started rethinking their offer and market positioning, they called on In Other Words to create a new editorial identity.

We carried out market research, drew up an editorial charter and defined the company’s mission, values and vision. Based on that, we created Wheel & Barrow’s unique brand manifesto and personality – helping them stand out from their competitors in the Mauritian events industry.

We love helping companies define their editorial strategy! Find out more about our expertise.
