In Other Words Éditions: a publishing house for good ideas.
We each have more than ten years in publishing, editorial consulting and magazines. In 2024, we looked at all that experience and thought: why not use it on our own books? So we did.
We create illustrated books, celebrating local culture and talent. Mostly Mauritian. Sometimes from further afield.
Our mission: make creative books worth picking up, then make sure they get picked up. Some come from our own imagination. Some are built to bring out an artist’s or photographer’s talent. Others are tailored to brands with a page of their story to tell. Never off the rack.
